Many people don't have the time or opportunity to go to their favorite restaurant. Some do not like noisy company or want to eat only with their close family or friends.
A Web site that allows users to view the menu, choose their favorite dishes and place their orders.
Website of the restaurant, with the ability to choose a dish from the menu and make its delivery.
Initially, an interview was conducted with the owner to better understand the goals, objectives of the business and to get more detailed information on certain issues related to the product itself.Work began with a heuristic analysis of three competitors. This allowed me to identify the main mistakes that competitors make and avoid repeating them in client's project. In addition, a competitor analysis was conducted. With this was found a number of design decisions (functionality), which can be added to the prototype and tested on users. Interviewing sushi lovers at the in-depth interview it was found that it is important for them to know how long to wait for the order, to pay for the order online at the site, possible choice of the number and type of sticks, as well as the ability to additionally order the sauce and recommendations to the order.
Based on the results of the study, the following hypotheses were formed that should improve the experience of using the product: order delivery time, order recommendations, order tracking and choice of sticks and sauces. Next, two personas were formed based on the data from the in-depth interview. They will help in the future to be more empathic with users and focus on developing and improving the product based on their fears, goals, and motivations.

Prototype and hypothesis testing was performed using user testing. The hypotheses were confirmed, but a couple of changes were made to the prototype itself.Users stressed that they lacked the default sauces given for large company. Therefore, it was decided to allow the user to manually select the type and amount of sauces. Also, users sometimes find it difficult to choose to match one product with another. That's why a small block with recommendations for combining products was added.
Based on the results of the UX study, the first version of the prototype was made. After the usability test certain conclusions were made, which were taken into account and introduced in the new version of the prototype. As a result the client was provided with a solution that both satisfied the users' needs and reached the business goal.
